No doubt about it Apple has the coolest form factor for notebooks and most other computer related hardware.
I'm typing this on my old, old circa 2001 laptop which is actually better than my new Dell in many ways. Of course it's slow as hell with only a 1.2GHz PIII but this old HP EVO n600c is so solid.
1.2" thick, best laptop keyboard I've ever typed on, hi-res 4/3 monitor with NO GLOSS, and as I said just so darn solid. Close the lid and it's closed, no slop.
I just keep it on the coffee table now and use it for web browsing or Office applications. It's too slow for video or even audio. When it dies it dies but until then it stays!
Anyway the point is this thing is better built than most of what I see on the market today, and thinner!
