    The hardware upscalers have some super sweet algorithyms to make the picture look perfect.

    Its what i'm waiting for in a computer monitor, it won't be long now.
    They are just starting to make TV/Monitor LCD's that have a dual purpose, and the hardware to upscale and downscale...no longer locked at a particular resolution on a LCD!!!(hopefully)
    PC-1 Fractal Design Arc Mini R2, 3800X, Asus B450M-PRO mATX, 2x8GB B-die@3800C16, AMD Vega64, Seasonic 850W Gold, Black Ice Nemesis/Laing DDC/EKWB 240 Loop (VRM>CPU>GPU), Noctua Fans.

      So...changing output resolution to low/the same as movie to allow hardware upconverter in monitor to do its magick? Nah...

      I'm waiting for somebody to show what software optimisation can do (similarly to the way DScaler became top quality TV card app)
