I know we went thru the "Dead as Disco" thing about fixed media a month or two ago but I suspect that if this takes hold in the US as it has overseas then it will be that fixed media like DVD and Hidef DVDs will be king and downloads will be the next Dead as disco technology..

This calls for anti trust action, they are clearly trying to kill off competition. Why buy expensive cable TV if you can download what you want to watch?
