Is there there a AGP graphics card with video out and overlay (no video in) similar to the DualHead hardware on the Matrox cards ? Not just TV out !

AGP is obsolete, replaced by PCIe. I doubt whether any mother board made in the last 6 years supports AGP as the chipset needs to be compatible. Be careful as AGP1, AGP2 and AGP3 have different operating voltages and are not interchangeable with different connectors.
The NVidia GEforce 6000 series, amongst many others, in AGP and PCIe versions, permit overlaying and dual monitor support.Brian (the devil incarnate)

Yes Brian, AGP is a thing of the past. I just wondered if they exist.
I still have two PCs with AGP MOBOs. Both work like a charm. I'm not too fussy on having latest hardware. I managed to find a PNY, AGP card with 512 RAM with TV out. Not exactly what I wanted, but I'll have to do without the video out, overlay feature. We pass this way only once. Make the most of it !
