Hello again every body peeps. I'm back on line again with a nifty 128K dual ISDN Home Highway setup, Whooooppppeeee, Surfing the web is fun again!!.
Quick update on the DC30+.
I am now on card number 2 as the origonal beastie died a horrible death and point blank refused to capture. Whenever i hit the record button it would crash my system.
In all fairness to Pinnacle I gave their tech sppt line a call and was passsed to a central contact for one of their testing centers.
5 Minutes later I was given the address of where to send the card for testing. The card was popped in the post the next day and low and behold 4 days later a brand new DC30+ straight from Germany landed on my door.
10/10 for how Pinnacle handled the problem.
Over time I have noticed how quick people are to post items critising (spelling ??) companies for lack of support and poor aftersales service. I thought it would make a change to post a happy user story.
