Field order with R-R and with other codecs

I'd like to know what is the correct field order to select when working on a capture with a NLE such as Premiere or Ulead MS.
The capture are generated via RR-G with Matrox Codec, but actually I'm testing the performance of the Morgan codec (only for the decompression), and also in his control panel there is an option related to these fields.

Hi,

At full and half frame, all G series (IE G-RR & Marvel) capture field order B. The older RR-S (for use with Mystique/Mystique220/Millennium2) uses FO A.

At capture resolutions smaller than half frame the video is frame-based not field based.
