SoftDVD problems

I'm using SoftDVD on my G200 and I've recently been fooling around with my system. I've reinstalled many times and I noticed that each time th mount of times i could change my region code had been decreasing. Now it's set at Region 1, but won't allow me to play any DVD's at all. Everything I own is region 1 and I rely on the program to wach my DVD's. Any advice or registry settings that could be modified. Thanks...
