If this happened recently and you made no other changes to your system, it's safe to assume that either the break out cable or the card is defective, in which case, you can fill out our rma form to get a free estimate:

If it's happening with different sources and with the previous driver as well, then it's probably our crystal that died. If you're handy with a soldering gun and what to take a chance, you can try replacing the crystal yourself.

Dear Haig,

As JPaul said, I can see in colour but I cannot capture in color, and in NTSC I can capture in grey scale.
Do you think that the solution is the cristal yet?
