Adding overlay tracks to MSP?

Thanks for all the input on MSP so far. My wife hates you all since I'm spending all my time in here now!

I'm reading the manual (no really) and page 100 says you can add additional overlay tracks (up to 99) via the Preferences dialog box under File. This option doesn't show up there and the online help makes no mention of adding Overlay tracks (V1, V2, etc.) I currently have 3 but would like one more. Does anyone know how to add them?
