  • Sync problem with Marvel G200 in PAL mode

I have this big problem with my Marvel G200 TV -- I have tried everything, installing drivers again, etc..

When I use PC-VCR and look at the picture, it's nice and smooth and everything goes well, even when capturing the data. But when I watch the captured data, the bottom part of the picture randomly moves few inches to right - this happens all the time, appx. 1-2 times / sec. Sound is nice, but picture is not in sync. This happens with normal TV line in and with composite, nothing helps -- I have installed all the software again, etc..

    My system is P2/350 running in 392MHz, Marvel G200 + TV BOB, 20GB IBM + 6.5GB Seagate and Win98.

    1: Don't OVERCLOCK your system.
2: Try again after you set the right clockspeed.

Nope, it didn't helped. And not even changing the drivers into 5.15 and Video Tools upgrade.

This is annoying - I can see clearly how the recorder does not synchronize the input stream correctly, but how in the hell it shows up correctly in the viewbox? Damn, I go and have a beer.
