G400 DualHead TV adapter

Hi All,

A firend of mine had bought G4+MDHA32G dual head OEM card. But he has no TV adapter, maybe by his own mistake.
A question is
1. Is this adapter just a connector with special pin-out arrangement and connection of wires inside?
2. If Yes, does anybody know what to do to make such adapter by soldering? All required connectors are of course available. I need only connection diagram.

3. If NO - do all Matrox OEM dualhead G400 include TV out adapter? Shall he ask for adapter for person who sold him a card?

All OEM dual-head G400's should come with a 'TV out' cable.
