And what programs in in the processes tab show the majority of usage? If system idle process is hovering at near 100 then it's nothing to worry about.
Oh and while you are watching the performance graph, click on view and have the graph show the total system rather than one graph per cpu.

none seem to show any usage other than the cpu idle... even when i view single view for both cpus the total seems to be 50% usage under performanceAsus P2B @ 100Mhz
