I had this problem yesterday with my G200 when I installed it in what is to become my server.
To fix it, I used the Matrox Display Properties app from the system tray, and set up a new Matrox monitor profile. When you choose a resolution to test, click the details button and you'll get the opportunity to play about with allsorts of things like refresh rates and image sizes and positions.
It was checking the boxes marked Negative Sync Polarity in the horizontal and vertical sections that fixed it for me.
