SCSI questions

I've just found a cheap 10K rpm SCSI drive, a 9.1 GB, 4,9 ms, 10.000 RPM, 2.000 kB Cache, IBM Ultrastar 18LZX (SCA).
But before I buy it, I have a few questions I hope someone can answer.

What kind of controller do I need for this drive ?
I've been looking at a Tekram DC390U2B Kit, would it be good enough ?

Is it a half-height drive? If so, it's gonna run hotter than you can possibly imagine. I know, I've got one. It's screaming loud too. Don't even think about using it without a huge heat sink and fan.

The one I have is one of their fisrt ones though.. might not be an 18LZX..

I would leave that hdd alone if it's SCA as you'll need an additional adaptor to connect it to a 68 pin cable!

A converter isn't that expensive. Last time i bought at around S$35.
So the HDD may still be worth it.
