Maggi - there is no 440BX based mainboard that keeps the AGP bus in spec at 133 MHz FSB ! The AGP will be at least 89 MHz on the 2/3 ratio or 133 MHz on the 1/1 ratio.

I think, the very latest revisions like 1.10 and onwards would offer it since those also offer quite a few more FSB settings and I'm pretty sure that a friend of mine has options for 124/31 , 124/41, 133/33 and 133/44 for FSB/PCI settings, but I have no clue if they also included an 1:2 divider for AGP.
Also the P3B-F is only an evolutionary step ahead form the P2B series, officially introducing SoftBIOS for OCing and some of the late P2B board could be modified to enable to already built in, but deactivated SoftBIOS.
Cheers,
Maggi
Despite my nickname causing confusion, I am not female ...
there were too many errors...nothing was fixing the problem ! I just did a clean re-install o f win2k to a new directory !
Anyways, now i need a bit advice on the order of installing things;
i have a new thread on the issue as i thought the main culprit was the leaked VT tools... dunno,
Pls check it out and let me know....
BYW My MOBO is revision 1.10, it does support running 133Mhz there is even a jumper setting for running at 150Mhz [madness!]
well, if you don't have any problems, there's obviously no reason to upgrade your chipset drivers, but since you're having an instable system, it might be an idea to try it and see if it helps ...

Maggi - you are completely right concerning the PCI bus speed. But I was talking about and I am referring to the AGP speed.
Up to now there is no 440BX based board on earth with a 1/2 ratio for the accelerated graphics port. So if you are on 133 MHz FSB, the PCI may be in spec but the AGP is definately not.
