      Wait!

      Don't ever get those Ferrites. Why I had a friend who got a pair of them and they pissed in every corner in his house. They are the nastyest critters on this planet. Why they even bit his wife.

            It's very difficult not to recommend the Audigy, especially for tweakers and power users - the card is proving to be stable with VIA chipset, SMP, Windows 2000 and XP (though Creative promises even more performance-improvements in upcoming XP drivers).
