Off the wall question....
I'm currently looking for a ATM/Check Card setup That I can give as a gift that has a set amount of cash in it. Sorta like a univerisal Gift cerfiticate/Card. Does Visa or anyone like that make anything like that?

I've heard radio ads in Texas for cards that one can get with a pre-paid balance that works like a credit card. They are targetting the 14 year-old girl market by advertising that it's useful online since you won't need your parents' credit cards....
Anyhow, it's been a while since I've heard it, so I don't recall who was doing it or any more details than I've provided already.
