I just wanted to issue a warning to anyone looking for web hosting that may be considering using our current hosts Burst. Stay well clear of them, do not put any money in their direction. I paid a year in advance to get the best deal I could from them, they readily take the money from you but when there are problems they simply do not want to know. Out of the last 16 days I have had no POP3 email access at all for 11 amongst other problems. I've reported the problems through the appropriate channels and nothing happens. I have tried to get a response via phone, email and ICQ, absolutely nothing, they ignore everything. Their support is an absolute disgrace, they proclaim they have 24/7 support and problems are always fixed within hours if not minutes, weeks more like. The last major problems we had with them over the MySQL server for the forums I was actually told to stop annoying them as they had work to do!! They have some tempting offers advertised for hosting, do not be fooled.

So you'll be looking for another host in future then. You'll have to post there tech support email address for us to make a note of and then when we can't access the site we'll all blast them. -

I'll back Ant up on this 100%... they SUCK!... I've called, ICQ'd, emailed, all of it... they are so as molassas on a cold winter morning in the antarctic. I heard the same jingle from them too... we have real work todo, stop bugging us... and that was after two ICQ messages to them properly written and seperated by 12hours.
