How do you turn off the stupid help topics in XP

It's very boring to be told that your modem is connected at 45.6kbs by a helpful tip can I turn the bugger off?

Download powertoys.

Install Tweakui.

Run Tweakui, and choose "disable balloon tips".

P.S. Yeah there's a registry key but I don't make a point to memorize those, and the powertoys are cool and stuff.

Download a program called Tweak XP from here:

and I'm 99.9% sure you can disable it in here somewhere
