Choosing between PAL and NTCS

Hi Reader,

My Matrox G550 card seems to output NTCS signal while my television only accepts PAL.
Where can I change the card's PAL/NTCS setting?
I looked everywhere in display -> advanced, but couldn't find it.

It's in the BIOS. Download the latest BIOS flasher, and you should see an option to flash the other kind of output. Just be careful (make a BIOS backup disc first).

after the G400 the support for DOS to TV out was dropped, but I guess Wessel was talking about Clone and DVD Max anyways ...

In adv. disp. props there's a DualHead tab ... in there you'll find an option to switch the TV standard between PAL and NTSC.
