GT98: I've got to agree with you on the controls. Halo is a pretty fun game, but I just don't feel comfortable with the controls -- gotta have my keyboard/mouse combo.
I also have Project Gothem Racing, but even on Easy, it is way too difficult for me. Actually, all the games I've tried so far seem to be too difficult even on "easy" setting. Even my kids complain of that.
Do you notice that Halo seems kinda dark? I wish there was a gamma adjustment somewhere. I've got my TV brightness up maximum, but the game still seems dark... maybe it's just my TV.

But that's the whole point ,there isn't an agp limitation to worry about with a unified bus architecture and poly's do use quite alot of bandwith if you're thinking to use 100 000+ per frame, which games like unreal 2 will use when you'll play it with maximum detail settings since it uses about 500 megs worth of bandwith just for vextex data,so already there, you're using half the bandwith of agp 4x,even when vextex compression is used and part of the vextex data is stored in the video cards memory, which current hardware like the gf3 and radion 8500 can handle quite easily....

And the cpu used in the x-box is more than enough to push poly counts that far exceed what's possible now with the current pc bus architecture,in fact, several game developers have commented that it's mostly bus speeds and available system memory bandwith that's limiting performance on current pc's,not cpu's or video cards,at least as far as poly counts go.
      note to self...

Assumption is the mother of all f***ups....

      Primary system :
P4 2.8 ghz,1 gig DDR pc 2700(kingston),Radeon 9700(stock clock),audigy platinum and scsi all the way...
