Why not a 4pin power conector on the board drawing current directly from the PSU like a HDD??

Actually Greebe,that's not the one...
Macci's 12000+ score was acheived at default bench settings(1024*768 32 bit),with a modified Radion 8500 with the core running at 380mhz and the memory at 310~320 mhz...
His 15000+ score was at 640*480 16 bit,i posted the links earlier on this very thread...
By the way,here's a score that aparently comes from an GF4 equipped system,again at default setings..
And we now have confirmed specs from none other than PCgamer,courtesy of 3d chipset.com,link comming right up..

My bad..the 3d mark score was removed from the orb...
Anyways,he got 11650 on the standard bench settings with a p4 2.2 ghz,nothing overclocked......note to self...
