go for the 32mb as its ddr and the 64mb is just 64bit sdr.(i assume that you are buying them from ebuyer.com).
dont worry about not having 64mb of ram as this will not make that much difference to the performance of this card.is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?

I had decided to get the 32MB in the end. Not from Ebuyer though. This is a pucker ATi card for £32. I have since found out the the VE wasnt an ATi retail card. Bit of luck there i think.
