Seems the US Securities Exchange Commission has some questions:

Insider trading, accounting practices etc.

Trading in their stock was halted for a time, but later it fell from $62.16 to $57.30 in after hours trading.

I was wondering when somebody would bring that up. I noticed that earlier ( http://www.bayarea.com/mld/bayarea/business/2679558.htm ) but decided not to post since it didn't seem like much of a problem. Market just reacted because of the current accounting jitters.

The insider trading is old news ... just some dumb kids who thought they could get away with some trades ... cost them plenty in the long run.
