  • 64Mb ABIT Siluro GeForce 3 Ti-200 Pure

Does anyone have any ideas about the quality of this card? Does it overclock well? Scan.uk are selling them for less than £140.

    From what I know ... 99.9 % of TI200 cards can reach TI500 specs. !

I'm toying with the idea of buying one of these as opposed to a GF4 4200.

      Regards MD

... of course if Matrox make an announcement then I may wait

Hmm.. i read that GF4MX is not really the card to wait for as a ID software programmer (DOOM) remarked.. seems it is just a higher clocked GF2MX.. Is GF4 4200 = GF4MX

Hmm, an Abit product. I'd avoid it.

I got my Gainward "golden sample" Ti200 for $156. Nice 2D quality, and got the clock speeds at 250/550 with no problems.

            Hello BelWarrior
No, the Ti4200 is a genuine GF4 except that its clocked slightly slower. Unfortunately they may delay releasing it for fear of product encroachment. As for the GF4MX, for £100 I have been led to believe that you get almost GF2 ultra speeds.

The GF4MX is pretty much another GF2, with GF2 visual quality.
