Give your computers a static ip in either the 10.0.0.X range or 192.168.0.X range.
Then the router has the static IP from the ISP... just set a rule to direct all http inbound traffic to the machine that is serving the webpages.
Of course.. I could be way off.AMD Phenom 9650, 8GB, 4x1TB, 2x22 DVD-RW, 2x9600GT, 23.6' ASUS, Vista Ultimate

If you are using a home ADSL connection BT run NAT on their side so you won't have a proper public IP address for people to point their browsers toWhen you own your own business you only have to work half a day. You can do anything you want with the other twelve hours.

As long as your contract with your ISP doesn't prevent you hosting a web site, you could always use one of the many dynamic dns services, for example http://www.dns2go.com

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

Checked whether <a href="http://groups.google.com/groups?th=7073240d83effdcc">port 80 is blocked</a>? Most ISPs block it.
If you're looking for any sort of uptime, I've heard good things about http://www.affordablehost.com
