Looking for software for Construction Management - anyone know?

My Dad is looking for some software (MAC) that will let him do management for construction sites.

It needs to be able to do things like:
Time tables

Scheduling

Planning

etc...

It needs to have graphical representation for this stuff as well.

If anyone knows of anything like this, I would appreciate if you could tell me a.)about it, and b.) the websites/stores where he could buy it.
