Archival Media recommendation

Our company has been archiving it's data to CDR for the past couple years. We've grown so much that the data archival is becoming a full-time job using standard CDRs. We're looking for a new storage media with a similar shelf life, but higher capacity. What else is out there besides CDR and DVD??
