That's odd. the 512MB modules have been dropping in price instead. (I know, I just bought some the day before it dropped by £10 per module when VAT is added)
Yup. Crucial's own prices are up. I picked up 3 256mb sticks from New Egg before their prices followed suit.

Great thing I ordered from them last weekend when they had a 15% off promo. £42 for a 256 Mb PC2100 and £29 for a 128 Mb SODIMM for my laptop.
They were out of stock until yesterday. They shipped via UPS and I got it today.
Both modules are working great BTW. The 2nd Crucial DDR on my main PC also takes 147 Mhz with most agressive memry settings at ease.
Memory prices apart, you can never go wrong with Crucial. This is the second time I ordered from them and both times the service was top notch. Well done Crucial.
