Minor Trillian Problem

Anyone else having problems with Trillian not being able to log you into your hotmail account when you receive new email via hotmail? I get an error saying that the Passport website is invaid or something.

IE 6 with the lastest updates under Win2K at work and at home.

Yup. Known problem. I'll post the COMPLETELY UNOFFICIAL fix here. This will likely be overridden by the next Trillian update, and is not technically kosher since it involves a modified .dll, but it works.

Sadly, their workaround involves messing with your hosts file, which messes up regular MS Messenger (not that we care), and potentially will fail after a few tries. I'd just use my .DLL until 0.726 comes out.

Trillian 0.73

Trillian has released a new version 0.73, that solves this problem. No reason to use the UNOFFICIAL fix anymore.
