Anyone deal with these companies?

I'm looking to buy RAM for a NEC Versa 2405CD and the places I have found that carry the modules for it are:

18004memory.com
kahlon.com
memorytogo.com

18004memory.com has the best rating out of the three on ResellerRatings.com at ~7.5, but just wondering if any of you guys have experience with these places or if you have a better place to buy the RAM I need.

Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra 9, Opteron 170 Denmark 2x2Ghz, 2 GB Corsair XMS, Gigabyte 6600, Gentoo Linux
Motion Computing M1400 -- Tablet PC, Ubuntu Linux

This is a good source for all laptop hardware(including your model.
Whether their prices are the same,I don't know.
