    3DCenter.de seem to have posted some ATi RV250 and ATi R300 specifications. As ATi haven't made any official announcements! these spec's are still only rumors!

    ATi RV250 spec's:


    ca 35-45 million transistors (estimated)

    0.15 µ process by TSMC

    256 bit architecture

    2 rendering pipelines with 2 texture units each (?)

    6 textures per pass

    Single Vertex Shader engine

    complete DirectX 8.1 compatible

    Vertex Shader 1.1

    Pixel Shader 1.4

    128 bit DDR-RAM memory interface

    Core clock: alleged at 300 MHz and more

    Memory clock: probably the same as core clock = 300 MHz and more

    HyperZ II

    HydraVision

    = a Radeon 8500 (R200) with only 2 rendering pipelines, but higher clock rates.

    those specs look abit fake, like buddman said DX9 calls for 40 bit so i don't think they would put 64 bit just for the hell of it, also didn't matrox say the parhelia would have 20GB/sec Bandwith

      Hohoho.

      Like NVidia would pump NV30's core to 400 MHz and then LOWER their memory to 200-250 MHz DDR when they allready have products that has a lot higher MHz memory.

      This guy knows NOTHING.
