  • VIA PIV Chipsets

Anyone have any experance with these? I have 3 new PIV 1.6mhz machines I got in work last week (yea finally using an OS thats less then 10+ years old) and they have a VIA chipset with the intergrated Savage Graphics card in them. I'm assuming they still use the VIA 4 in 1 driver package , but do they have the same problems that their AMD counterparts have?
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

No, yes, Depens on motherboard maker!

With VIA officially losing any chance of a P4 license, you probably should stay away from these.

          What OS are you using?
If XP,native support is built in so no need for the 4in1,any other OS,use the 4in1,excluding the busmastering driver(windows does a better job)the one exception is Win 95A
