OT- places to buy DVDs?

Any recommendations on places to buy hard to find DVDs? NorthAmericanDVD.com has what I'm looking for but the reviews make it sound like a hit or miss place to buy.

Sorry, I know this should go to a different forum, but I usually only read this one...
