I currently have a Asus A7S333 and it supports APIC, which lets you use extened IRQ numbers up to 23 now. I remeber way back when that the best IRQ number to have your Video card on was IRQ9 since it was cascaded to IRQ2, thus quicker to be accessed or whatever. Currently my Parhelia is on IRQ 13 (I think...posting from work now) and was wondering if it was worth the effort to screw around with it to make it goto IRQ 9?

No......If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.

No, since with the APIC the IRQ's aren't technically cascaded anymore, since it doesn't really use the standard controller anymore.
Additionally, if you're running ACPI those IRQ's aren't real anywho.
