btw, I have that monitor on my wifes machine and $199 is the going rate. It really doesn't look that good with the G400.

I agree, but it's their error. Quote the heading I didn't scan;
"Free up space in your office
Retire that old dinosaur monitor and upgrade to a sleek, flat panel monitor"
Under that heading it shows a Sony and the two NEC's.
Not very good proofreading IMO....

If you go and look at NEC's website you will see that the FE700+ has an estimated street price of $199.00. So no you are not getting some kind of great deal.
JoelLibertarian is still the way to go if we truly want a real change.
