I had it running all night as you suggested, repeating the last track on a warped CDR, and it was still running fine this morning. I then set it to repeat the wole disk: all was fine until it came to find the start of the disk again, and it just sat there clicking the head trying to find track one.
I'm guessing that's ok as it is a CDR, and sometimes yesterday it needed encouragement to start the disk anyway.
I'm playing a silver 60's compilation disk on repeat atm. its actually running very flat, so I guess the spindle isn't bent (or the warp of the disk cancels it out
).
