  • Mozilla 1.1 is out!

Mozilla is the not-for-profit behind the lightning fast Firefox browser. We put people over profit to give everyone more power online.

Now only if they could find those missing hackers.

Also can't wait until SVG becomes standard in the builds. Hate using plugins and embedding something that can be much more powerful.

I would use it at work, cause everytime IE crashes all IE's crash! And I usually have important information in those pages! All our database is Intranet/Internet based.

Except I have one problem, I can't get it to work with our proxy server. I tried using different settings but it's useless.

          Zokes,

Then IE isn't set up correctly. There's an option to run each copy in its own process.

          I would still get screwed

              IE works fine.

We use the "automatic configuration script" setting. It tells me that the connection was refused even if I set it up right. And if I use the manual proxy config it prompts me for a username and password. My usual passwords don't work.

If you want I can send you the script we use, but I am too afraid to post it publicly.

All my settings match those of IE but the program seems to be blocked by our server.

Gurm is referring to the fact that all IE windows crash. For each window, you can set it to launch a separate IEXPLORE process, so that if one crashes, one and only closes.

Can you do that in Win98?
I checked the options, I don't see it.
