Win2000/XP
Win9x/ME
The drivers are not WHQL certified.
There is mention of the NV30 in the inf:
NVidia.Nv30.1 = "NVIDIA NV30"
NVidia.Nv30.2 = "NVIDIA NV30 "
NVidia.Nv30GL.1 = "NVIDIA NV30GL"
NVidia.Nv30GL.2 = "NVIDIA NV30GL "
In XP Pro Sp1:
With my GF3 Ti200 same performance loss in 3DM2001 as with det 40.41. Just a couple hundred points compared to 30.82, but game performance doesn't suffer so it doesn't really matter.
I don't know if the anisotropic slider bug was fixed (putting it to 8x and back to 0 was supposed to set it to a negative value and cause problems), because I never experienced it with 40.41.
In 98SE:
Good news is that there are new drivers.
Bad news, it won't let me set the refresh rates above 85 Hz so I'll probably have to use a refresh rate utility... never thought I'd see the day, damn bastards
