where can I get old school laptop HD's?

I've been searching the web off and on for MONTHS trying to find the old school 2.5 drives for laptops... the 18mm versus 11mm high kind. I have an old Compaq Contura 4/25CX that someone gave me. It has a 200MB HD and I'l love to stick in a 1 or 2 GB drive instead. Anyone have a clue where to get something like that? For some reason this is beyond my usually very good net surfing abilities. Also if anyone has anything else contura I might be interested.
