This dumb twit (see attached screen capture) is obviously marketing his site - but wich one is it?

I have been getting this stupid window popping up lately on a fairly regular basis - can somebody tell me where to claim the prize ( 50/50 split if money arrives in bank account is offered) or please tell me who the twit is so I can add him to my blocked list.?

Thanks for the suggestion, but already running Adshield (effectively the same as popupcop) and NIS2003 - both of wich cannot catch the bastard because the source or page description does not seem to be included in the "standard" known lists of things to block.
