Asus LS99 Lan/SCSI controller on CUSL2?

Quick question. I've seen some inexpensive asus motherboards with Ultra160 controllers on them, but they say they're "Asus proprietary" Would one of these work in my Asus CUSL2 board? Or even the Asus P4BE board that I later intend to buy?
