Any one know of a util that can flip an AVI?

I downloaded an AVI but it's upside down.... Anyone know of a way to fix this... The monitor is heavy and i don't like having to keep turning it upside down....

The Welsh support two teams when it comes to rugby. Wales of course, and anyone else playing England

use sasami2k to play it back and enable the flip video filter.
