Where can I go up get language packs for browsing sites in Chinese? I went to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie_...32/default.asp as suggested by this one website that I order from but get an error saying that it doesn't work with my version of windows when I run it. I'm looking for the Simplified Chinese language pack.

Chinese support is built into XP.
