Video bios problems with a GF3 Ti200- help !!!

Somehow I've screwed the bios update and now the card wouldn't boot.
I've tryed flashing the original bios while booting with a PCI card, but nvflash gives me an error that it couldn't open the PROM pins.
It won't let me erase the bios either, same error for whatever I try to do.

If anyone knows how to force it to flash the bios I would greatly apreciate it.

The card is a Leadtek WinFast Titanium 200 TDH

I took Leadtek's wfflash (dos) utility and gave it a shot, doesn't have any type of ignore parameters (syntax) but it displayed the conflict:

I've tryed with the
-p (Don't pause if file & chip PCI VenID/DevID mismatch.)
and
-u (Don't pause if file & chip PCI subsystem ID mismatch.)
parameters, no luck.
Also tryed erasing it with -e.

How can I erase the bios now or flash over the corrupted one ?

Problem solved and in the process I became the lucky owner of a Compaq Matrox Millennium PCI 2mb
