    May I ask a question about G550 ?

    Hi~

    I`m from TAIWAN , and this is my first time to post question !

    I bought G550 three days ago , and my card(retail box) is made in Thailand , why not Canada ?

    *shrug* they have a fab in Thailand? I wouldn't worry about it. It's not like Canadian fabrication is superior or anything.

      Because Taiwan fabs have lower labor costs than North American ones do.

          Freeman: get use to it. Recently I've heard for example that Germany is in Eastern Europe (even Poland isn't - it's central). The sooner you understand you cannot do anything about it, the better (as you can see, it is very popular to think that everything from SE Asia that starts from T is Taiwan).

          The best was comment on some emu-forum from western Europe (only ~1500 km away from me): "WHAT?! So there are no wolves & bears in Poland?!"
