Where to buy good BNC/VGA cables?

I've done alot of browsing and found lots of places selling cables of various makes and prices.

I would like to get the best quality possible but with my limited budget.

I am looking to buy the following cables for various setups at work and home for the following budgets:

1. 10 ft vga-bnc (from Matrox g450 pci dvi to a monitor running 1024x768) - $40-50

2. 10 ft vga-vga (from Matrox g450 pci dvi to a monitor running 1024x768) - $40-50

3. 30 ft DVI-DVI cable -$?

Does anyone have suggestions and what/where to buy?

I have two sets.. one is made by Monster Cable (gold plated ends), and one is made by Cables to Go. No discernable difference. Both work fine. I think you can get a really high end cable from Tributaries, in any custom length you desire, but it's probably pretty expensive.
