    lost between two worlds

    i have been using a G550 for some time now and i have almost never had a gfx card other than matrox. i do alot of AV work where dual screen is great and triple screen is even better. on the other hand i also need great OGL performance for use with combustion 2. i rarly do any gaming and i am too atched to matrox but i need that entry level 3d push....

    here are my choices.... what do you think

    Hard choice. I hate advising anyone to get a Parhelia, based on Matrox' almost otherworldly-bizarre desire to wreck their own business...

      What specifically do you intend to use it for???

      With triplemonitor, the Parhelia is the obvious choice. With pro opengl, the 3dlabs wins out, as of present drivers.

      The Parhelia should be cheaper, so that gives it some advantage.
      Let us return to the moon, to stay!!!
