Rage Tweak! question
I have a quick question about the forcing of pixel and shader versions in rage tweak. Is the higher the version the shader the better the quality or speed??

Not necessarily.
In theory, yeah the newer ones are either faster or better. But honestly they're just newer.
The only GOOD reason to force a particular version would be to counteract a bug - for example if you force newer pixel shaders in C&C: Generals you get spiffier looking water.

Would you recommend leaving it on adapter default ?? as I heard that in some games like C&c generals you have to force it to see the nice water shader effects
