Now I'm going to try the Asia one.

Done so. The Asia one is fine.
Driver is 252 version.

Apps are not updated.

Nonono, download the "uni" one on the asia site.
Extract it and then install manually.

Dunno according to the installer it also for the Audigy as well. About time they released an update for that.
